September 1 Sunday  A Slower Pace

^^ Lord, I need spiritual and physical rest. Help  me to deliberately

take the time to spend with You.

Please remove any obstacle that keeps me from having a more balanced 

rhythm to my life.

^^ Living for God begins with resting in Him.

September 16. Monday  God's Will

^^ Blessed is the person who finds out which way God is moving and

then goes in that direction.

September 23. Monday     Confidence In Troubled Times

^^ Father God, in the midst of my trouble, teach  me to rest in the fact

that You are almighty.

Thank You for the confidence I have that You are stronger than anything

that threatens my life.

September 28 Saturday     who am I?

^^Dear Lord, help me to remember that You are with me, 

even when I'm unsure of my own abilities. Give me the 

faith to believe that You can help me to do anything You ask me to do.

October 12 Saturday      I'm Invisible

^^ Even when we don't sense God's presence, His loving care is all

around us.

October 23 Wednesday     Losing And Finding Our Lives In Him

^^As we lose our lives for Christ, we find fullness of life in Him.

November 3. Sunday     Be Still

^^ Teach me, Lord, to still my soul before You. Help me to bear

patiently the trials I face, and to leave everything to You to direct 

and provide. I know that You will always remain faithful.

^^God's whisper of comfort quiets the noise of our trials.

November 11. Monday    Disaster Diaries

^^ The best reason for hope is God's faithfulness.

November 19. Tuesday    Traveling Companion

^^This world is not our home; we're but strangers and sojourners

here.     Yet we are not alone on the journey. We are strangers and 

sojourners with God(Psalm 39:12), a thought that makes the journey 

less troubling, less frightening, less worrisome. We pass through this 

world and into the nest with a loving Father as our constant companion 

and guide.
